OK so I disabled router Firewall and place IP address in right side and still no response. Going back to set up when running configQBO the instructions state "For Scratch mode enter the “Wi-Fi IP address” (e.g. 192.168.0.178) assigned by your network."
I can't do that. The WI-FI button is static and won't let me input my IP address. Could this be the problem?
Can I do a factory reset?
Hi Kent, You don´t need to enter any Ip Address into the configQBO file. This address is you IP Network ( only for your reference ). Use this in Scratch.
