Hello,
I've just received the qbo one robot and I was trying out the scratch mode and the example that came with it. One of the commands should turn the nose red, but it's not working properly, the nose remains off. When I change the command to turn the nose blue or green, then everything else works fine. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or what should I do?

Hi Isaac,
if you remove the Q.bo face you will see that it works correctly. The problem is the blue plastic cover. It absorb the red led color and you can´t see it through the blue plastic. Our team is working to change the led color for the next firmware upgrade. Meanwhile you can play with the blue & green colors.
