Hello there,

I just received my Qbo and am trying to run the setup. So I created a QR code and showed it to Qbo. It picked it up and gave an message it was connecting to the internet. After a while it told me it could not connect to the internet because my ssid or password was wrong. I've tried entering and scanning the ssid/password serveral time with the same results. It simply refused to accept my password no matter what I did.

After a while it stopped scanning qrcodes or doing anything so I rebooted it. Now it says it is in interactive mode when booted and does not seem to scan qr codes at all.

Is there some other way to connect and configure it?

If you dare and willing, you can always unscrew the bottom plate of Q.bo hiding the Raspberry pi where you can connect a screen (HDMI connection) and a keyboard and mouse (there are 4 USB ports of which only 1 is occupied by one of the webcam in Qbo's eyes). If you see the Q.bo webinterface, you can kill it by typing Ctrl-Alt-T and enter 'pkill -9 chromium'. Afterwards it shows the standard Raspberry Pi GUI interface and you can now follow any GUI- or commandline-based procedure for Raspbian Pi to connect to WiFi you find on the internet.
